Terms of Membership

These terms explain how paid Premium and Sponsor memberships work in ANAKONDAGK Community.

1. Membership and billing

Premium and Sponsor memberships are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. The price, currency, and billing interval are shown before you complete Checkout. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the selected payment method at each renewal until the subscription is cancelled.

2. Discord roles and access

After Stripe confirms a payment, Konda links the subscription to the Discord account you authorised and grants the corresponding community role. Community Sponsor includes the Sponsors role; Premium Sponsor includes both Sponsors and Premium; Premium includes the Premium role. Role updates can take a short time while Stripe and Discord confirm the subscription.

3. Cancellation, failed payments, and refunds

You can use the private subscription portal linked from this site to update payment details, view invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it; access remains while the subscription is still active or past due and is removed after final cancellation or non-payment. Payments for time already provided are not refunded except where required by applicable law.

4. Community standards

Membership does not replace the requirement to follow the ANAKONDAGK Community and Discord rules. We may restrict or remove community access for serious or repeated rule breaches. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Changes and support

We may update membership benefits, prices, or these terms for future billing periods. Material changes will be communicated through the community or Stripe where appropriate. For membership help, contact the ANAKONDAGK Community team through Discord.

6. Privacy and payments

Stripe handles payment information under its own terms and privacy notice. ANAKONDAGK uses the Discord identifier you authorise solely to connect an eligible subscription with the right community role. See the Privacy page for a short summary.
